The Experience
【Airport Pickup (Arrival)】 Your driver will monitor your flight status in advance based on the flight details provided.
Upon arrival at Kansai International Airport (KIX), the driver will contact you to confirm the meeting location. Once you have cleared immigration, claimed your baggage, and completed customs inspection, please proceed to the designated pickup point to meet your driver.
After confirming all passengers and luggage, you will depart directly in your private vehicle to Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Kobe, or your specified destination.
*Complimentary waiting time for airport pickup is 90 minutes after actual flight landing.
【Airport Drop-off (Departure)】 Your driver will arrive at your hotel, Airbnb/vacation rental, or designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
After confirming passengers and luggage, you will head directly to Kansai International Airport (KIX). Please provide accurate flight details and departure terminal information when booking so an optimal pickup time can be arranged.

Please provide accurate details when booking: travel date, pickup time, passenger count, luggage count, flight number, pickup/drop-off address, and contact information.
Complimentary waiting time for airport pickups is 90 minutes starting from the flight's actual landing time. Overtime waiting fees may apply if this complimentary window is exceeded.
If your flight is delayed, please ensure your mobile phone or messaging app remains reachable so the driver can track your updated arrival status.
In the event of flight cancellations, flight number changes, or major schedule adjustments, please contact customer support as soon as possible.
Vehicle dispatch is based on your declared passenger and luggage numbers. If the actual group size or luggage exceeds the booked capacity, the vehicle may not be able to accommodate your party.
Please notify us in advance when booking if you are carrying oversized luggage, strollers, wheelchairs, ski equipment, golf bags, or other special gear.
Children and infants count toward the total vehicle passenger capacity. If you require child safety seats, please request them in advance and confirm availability.
Extended roadside parking is prohibited near certain Japanese hotels, vacation rentals, or narrow streets. Exact pickup and drop-off spots may be adjusted based on real-time traffic and parking rules.
Travel times may be delayed by traffic control, highway congestion, severe weather, or force majeure. For airport departures, please allow ample buffer time.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Please keep close track of your personal belongings and double-check for phones, passports, wallets, and bags before getting off.
