Please provide accurate travel dates, pickup/drop-off times and locations, passenger count, and luggage details when booking.
Select a suitable vehicle based on your actual group size and luggage amount. If carrying extra luggage, please notify us in advance.
Transfer times may fluctuate due to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, or other force majeure factors. Please allow sufficient travel buffer.
Heavy traffic is common around USJ during opening, closing, and peak holiday periods. Actual arrival time depends on real-time road conditions.
For USJ return transfers, please meet at the agreed location on time. Contact customer support in advance if you need to adjust your pickup time.
In case of traffic restrictions near venues, the driver will drop off/pick up at the nearest legally permitted parking location.
Please inform us during booking if carrying oversized luggage, strollers, wheelchairs, or other special items.
This product includes private vehicle transfer only; USJ studio passes, Express Passes, meals, and other in-park expenses are not included.
Infants and children count toward the total vehicle passenger capacity. Please book an appropriate vehicle model accordingly. *Actual service scope and eligible transfer zones are subject to your final booking confirmation.
